Heya, I’m Taylor

I help multi-clinic organizations connect strategy and tech during acquisitions so marketing multiplies growth across clinics.

When groups with frequent or rapid acquisition cycles merge, the marketing teams, vendors, and data across systems EMRs and CRMs gets intense. That’s where I come in — I help unify marketing strategy and goals across clinics so reporting is clearer, data is consistent, and everyone is working with the same resources.

Where it all began

I got my start as the one-person marketing team for a multi-location travel services company with 15 offices across the U.S. During my first merger,I learned how marketing worked in a 15-country organization and how to standardize activities for a single goal.

With limited resources and a lot of ground to cover, I learned how to scale what worked best: optimizing our strongest campaigns and creating consistency across efforts, markets, and systems. That experience laid the foundation for me.

How I lead marketing teams today

As CMO for an MSO, I lead with a balanced approach to strategy, execution, and scalability that keeps campaigns moving and the marketing team aligned with company goals. Even when we’re balancing multiple locations, frequent acquisitions, and layers of regulations.

I work with multi-clinic operators, MSOs, and physician management groups to solve these same challenges. Together, we:
✅ Simplify fragmented marketing and communication systems
✅ Protect compliance while enabling smarter automation
✅ Build scalable programs that connect marketing, operations, and growth

If your marketing is working hard but not working together — let’s talk.

Who I’ve worked with

I work with business across industries. From healthcare to technology, and even marine hospitality, I enjoy learning about the unique challenges that face each business.

Now Some Fun

I’m the big giant head at Desens Digital. I run Klaxon Themes when I get a spare minute, and I enjoy teaching and learning while I lead the Women In WordPress community on Facebook.

When I’m not reviewing data and suggesting one more tweak, I’m usually at home outside with the fam.

Most days you’ll catch me drawing whimsical creatures, making weird crochet critters, building a LEGO something-or-another, or reading another fantasy/sci-fi book.

Meet me on LinkedIn or send me an email to say hello.
