CIBTvisas is a Global Leader in Travel, providing passports and visas from over 50 offices around the world. Working with their development team to implement Leaner Code, and the Marketing Team to integrate a new messaging campaign, we were able to roll out a facelift in the US in 8 weeks, and are scheduled to upgrade 15 more websites in 2016.
Large, sweeping images couple with targeted messaging across the site remind users why they love to travel, while the introduction of destination-based calls for action on the home page drive traffic directly into the order flow. Enhanced CTA’s across the site are driven by visual clues and recognizable actions to make it easier for users to get their travel documents.
Mobile usability was a focus for the site, and now uses responsive design with custom media queries and Bootstrap instead of a mobile-only website.
